Maintenance Contract

1. 1. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC): An AMC is a contractual agreement between a service provider and a customer for the maintenance and repair of equipment for a stipulated time. In this type of agreement, a customer pays a fixed fee in advance, and the service provider provides regular maintenance and repair services for the specified equipment throughout the duration of the contract. The contract may cover specific services, such as regular maintenance, emergency repair, and replacement of parts, depending on the terms agreed upon.
   2. Casual Service Contract : Casual service is a type of service provided on an as-needed basis. In this type of service agreement, a customer contacts a service provider when a problem occurs or when maintenance is necessary, and the service provider charges a fee for their services. Casual service may be more expensive than an AMC, as there is no contract or fixed fee for the services provided, and the service provider may charge additional fees for emergency services or repairs.
